Le Centre de santé cantonal d'Appenzell (GZAI) guarantees quality and reliable healthcare and nursing care for the elderly population of Appenzell Innerrhoden. For many needs throughout the treatment chain and at different stages of life, GZAI offers a tailored service. GZAI includes the two elderly care institutions Alpsteeblick (61 care places) and Bürgerheim (49 care places), as well as the short-term and transitional care sector (9 care places) and outpatient care with medical practice, day clinic, physiotherapy and emergency service. Your tasks

• You are responsible for personnel management, the professional field and the organization of the company
• As CEO, you ensure, with your colleagues, the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the company
• You guarantee effective and efficient economic management, respect the agreed objectives and ensure administrative and organizational services within the framework of the service mandate
• You initiate and implement projects for the development of the Centre de santé cantonal d'Appenzell
• In collaboration with the board of directors, you define the strategic orientation of the company

Your profile

• You have a management education at Bachelor or Master level in business management, leadership or a comparable field
• You are a confident, charismatic and upright personality, endowed with great ease in oral and written communication
• You have solid experience in project management
• You are a confirmed executive and know the framework conditions of the health sector
• You convince through your ability to collaborate cross-functionally and to find a consensus
• You design and steer change processes in a prospective and successful manner
