Organizational Developer (80-100 %) (m/f/d) Your tasks: You advise executive boards, managers, and teams in building a commitment work environment. You take over the conception and long-term process control of interventions and change projects at all hierarchical levels. You design and moderate targeted and result-oriented workshops and trainings at all hierarchical levels. You coach managers and teams in change processes. You incorporate modern approaches to leadership and impactful work environments into client work and develop suitable solutions from them. You further develop existing client relationships, win new mandates, and build long-term client partnerships. You help shape internal development projects and ensure that new approaches are tested, implemented, and sustainably anchored. You help to further develop our products and services into a coordinated commitment development process. You can advise managers at eye level, challenge them, and accompany them through long-term development processes. You have a completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences as well as recognized training in organizational development, coaching, and/or training. You have a sound understanding of systemic process consulting and can analyze and shape complex relationships in organizations. You bring experience in accompanying demanding organizational development projects and transformation processes and have already led projects from the idea through conception to successful implementation and sustainable anchoring. You possess strong analytical skills, interpret data, recognize patterns, and derive sound bases for decision-making from them. You bring empathy and understand the needs and perspectives of employees and managers. You have a team player mentality and enjoy exchanging your insights with other consultants, learning together, and growing together. You can structure and reliably accompany several client projects simultaneously. You communicate convincingly, enjoy working on-site at clients, are ready to travel, and adapt to different companies. You bring many years of experience in the acquisition of projects. You communicate confidently in German and Swiss German, ideally bilingual.
