We look forward to getting to know you! 02 Your task ## • You take over 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure, workplaces, systems, and applications. • You maintain computers, servers, networks, mobile devices, and other ICT components in ongoing operations. • You support international users with technical questions and disruptions. • You provide IT support for internal and external deployments, remotely and, if necessary, directly on site. • You maintain hardware and software inventories and ensure clean inventory data. • You organize and conduct training sessions for users on systems and tools. • You create and update system, support, and user documentation. • You support software updates, patch processes, IT infrastructure projects, and digitization initiatives. 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further education • Independent organization of daily business • Flat hierarchies • Flexible working hours • Advanced employment conditions • Guaranteed hybrid or home office work • International field of activity • Career and advancement opportunities • At least 5 weeks of vacation  04 Your profile ## • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable ICT role. • You have completed an IT basic education as an IT specialist EFZ System Technology/Platform Development or ICT Specialist EFZ/ICT Specialist EFZ. • You can maintain IT services in demanding environments and analyze technical problems in a structured manner. • You work in a service-oriented, quality-conscious manner with a clear focus on professional user support. • You communicate safely with technical and non-technical users. • You are reliable, accessible, and enjoy working with people in an international environment. • You have relevant knowledge or certifications, such as Microsoft, ITIL, ISO, or comparable standards. • You communicate confidently in German (C2) and well in English (B2), both verbally and in writing. • You are in possession of a category B driver's license. 05 Worth knowing ## • Guaranteed home office up to 3 working days per week • Modern workplace • Above-average employment conditions with very good social benefits • Free parking, assumption of public transport subscription or participation in your commute • Financial participation in further education • Workation up to 4 weeks/year
