Job description
The sommelier-wine cellar manager is responsible for advising customers in the choice of wines and spirits, ensuring the service of drinks and promoting food-wine pairings. He participates in the selection of products, manages stocks and ensures the proper preservation of references in the cellar. Passionate, endowed with an excellent sense of service and good interpersonal skills, he actively contributes to the customer experience and the development of sales
Profile sought
Specialized training in sommelier studies or in hotel-catering is desired, completed by significant experience in a high-standing establishment, a specialized cellar or a gastronomic environment.
