Then help us shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the AI & Operations area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Senior Project Manager\*in, 80-100%, to start immediately at our Basel Hauptsitz location. ## Your responsibilities • You are responsible for automation initiatives from potential identification to structuring and implementation with clear results control. • You act as Execution Leader: You prioritize measurable results over concepts and take responsibility for realized efficiency gains. • You evaluate initiatives in terms of business impact and choose suitable technological solution approaches in the context of the respective use case. • You establish a lean project setup with milestones, risks, and dependencies and ensure transparency as well as complete documentation. • You closely coordinate with Business, IT, and external partners, manage the implementation, and ensure a smooth handover to operations. • You set clear expectations for results and speed, make decisions, demand results, and maintain course even in the face of resistance. • You promote a solution-oriented project work style and are a role model in ownership, pragmatism, and results orientation. Your profile • You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, as well as 7-10 years of experience in project-/transformation-related roles (ideally: consulting, performance programs, start-ups, or strongly results-oriented environments). • You have proven implementation successes in efficiency and automation programs; you work securely with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and understand workflow, RPA, KI/ML, and integrations. • You think analytically and have a strong results and impact focus: you measure success by realized effects. • You take ownership end-to-end - no handover after the concept phase. • You have a pronounced hands-on mentality: pragmatically tackle challenges, get involved in implementation, and close gaps. • You think entrepreneurially: identify efficiency levers and consistently question processes in terms of impact. • You are implementation-strong in complex organizations; you have a high tolerance for friction and actively manage tensions. • You are motivated by impact: you are driven to realize visible changes and deliver concrete results. • You speak fluent German and/or English; French is an advantage.
