Do you want to advise customers competently and in a solution-oriented manner through personal exchange on the telephone? Then you are in the right place with us.

What to expect

• You answer customer inquiries regarding claim cases mostly by telephone, but also through other contact channels such as e-mail, customer portals, etc.

With competent and solution-oriented advice in claim cases, you ensure satisfied customers.

You ensure cooperation with the specialist departments.

As a clerk, you are responsible for the incoming electronic mail in claims management and triage it.

You perform diverse administrative activities to support claims management.

What we expect

• You have a basic commercial education, training in the field of customer dialogue, or a comparable qualification.

You bring sound experience and enjoyment in advising customers.

Customer-oriented action as well as independent, flexible and networked thinking is a matter of course for you.

You are IT-savvy and can work with different IT systems.

You have mastered German at a native level and bring good knowledge of a second national language.
