What you move You lead and develop the Service Desk in technical, personnel, and organizational respects (incl. planning, deployment, and promotion of employees as well as apprentices) You bear overall responsibility for the Service Desk and ensure a professional, stable, efficient and future-oriented IT support operation as well as high customer satisfaction In your role as a process owner, you are responsible for the processes assigned to you (Incident Management, Major Incident Management and Problem Management). The continuous optimization of these processes, the control of relevant KPIs, and the cooperation with various interfaces come easily to you. You work in interdisciplinary teams and committees and actively participate in a wide variety of projects You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and possess a pronounced hands-on mentality.
