In the Customer Operations sector, you participate in shaping the experience of customers who have suffered a loss and receive benefits. What awaits you

In this role, you will independently handle complex claims in the field of property insurance, including for the commercial and industrial sectors.

• You will conduct on-site visits, inspections, and investigations to examine coverage and liability issues.
• You will assess the extent of the damage and establish the settlements for insurance benefits.
• You will communicate with the insured, their representatives, brokers, as well as service providers and internal departments.

Your profile

• You possess solid training in insurance (federal diploma or equivalent) and experience in managing complex property claims as a claims expert/inspector.
• You have good knowledge of civil liability law and possess notions in construction technology.
• You demonstrate excellent customer orientation, ease in human contact, and exemplary perseverance.
• You have a sense of organization and are flexible.
• You perfectly master the French language (native language); good knowledge of English and/or German would be an asset.
• Residing within the area of activity would be an advantage.
