The FTI, Fondation pour les terrains industriels de Genève, manages the entire industrial perimeter of the canton. As a public law foundation, it ensures the installation of companies in the canton's industrial zones. Within the framework of the canton's economic strategy, it matches the supply of surfaces with the demand of eligible companies in industrial zones, while developing the necessary infrastructure for companies' mobility and environmental management needs. Its action also aims to sustainably develop industrial zones, particularly by: Provoking synergies between public actors, real estate developers, and companies, being at the heart of the mutation of industrial activities in Geneva. Ensuring that industrial and artisanal companies are offered surfaces at competitive prices, in compliance with current legislation and guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric. Piloting the mutation of industrial zones with the aim of reconciling economic activity with its environment, proposing a quality and sustainable living environment. In this context, it owns or manages industrial and artisanal land and buildings on behalf of others. To strengthen the management pole team and the property management service, we are looking for a new position as a Specialist in Industrial Property Marketing 80-100 %. Your mission: Ensure the marketing and monitoring of vacant surfaces (rental park land and buildings), implementing defined guidelines and participating, in collaboration with the head of service, in adapting the strategy. Organize and carry out visits to vacant objects, ensuring a qualitative and targeted presentation to prospects. Ensure monitoring of prospects, from the first contact to contractualization, including need qualification, visit organization, exchange monitoring, reminders, and application support. Apply the pre-selection methodology for files, analyzing applications based on internally defined criteria (urgency, adequacy, compatibility of uses, project solidity). Prepare and present files for validation to the management commission, ensuring the quality, consistency, and completeness of information. Collaborate, in liaison with managers, in formalizing contractual conditions until the conclusion of files. Ensure monitoring of external mandatories (marketers, brokers, partners), including action management and quality control of approaches. Ensure the updating and reliability of commercialization data in internal tools (notably Terra). Produce and update monitoring tables (vacancy, solicitations, mandatories, temporary projects) and ensure regular reporting. Contribute to the management of mutating zones, supporting managers, particularly in monitoring rental requests, relocation support, and transition coordination. Ensure monitoring of zone service requests, transitional uses (cultural and sports), and events, guaranteeing their adequacy with defined guidelines. Organize, launch, and monitor project calls for transitional uses, including preparing the framework, dissemination, analyzing applications, and monitoring selected projects. Ensure market monitoring and contribute to adjusting commercialization practices. Contribute to structuring and continuously improving commercialization tools and processes. Ensure a central coordination and interface role, involving regular interactions with internal teams, property managers, prospects, and partners. Your profile: 5 years of experience in a similar position and experience in property management. Real estate training is a significant asset. Excellent writing and organizational skills. Interest in data management systems and their analysis. Good mastery of MS Office computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Autonomy, analytical capacity, and proposal strength.
