100%, Permanent by arrangement Aarau, Aargau Informatics Your tasks ## • IT Supporter as jumping between Basel and Schwyz • At least 2 years of professional experience in 2nd-level support or in a comparable IT support function • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Driving license category B as well as willingness for field service assignments • High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact • Sound knowledge in IT support and in handling ticketing systems • Experience in the installation, configuration and support of software solutions, especially in the Microsoft environment • Very good knowledge of Active Directory and user administration German as well as very good English skills Our requirements ## • Recording and documentation of malfunctions, solutions and workflows in the ticketing system • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented IT support • Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT workstations and peripheral devices • Support with IT projects, rollouts and system migrations • Support of users at various customer locations as part of 2nd-level support • Management and maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory • Analysis and rectification of hardware and software problems • Close cooperation with remote support teams for efficient problem solving
