Tasks: • Supports smooth workflow from admission to discharge of the patient in the area of service quality • Advising the patient on menu selection • Taking orders for meals (IT-supported processing of orders) • Service of meals • Care of the inpatient infrastructure in the area of gastronomy • Responsible for beverage management for the patient • Sale and billing of additional services • Information point for the patient regarding "non-medical matters" • further services in the area of service quality Competence: • Professional experience in the hotel / gastronomy industry • IT knowledge • Very good German skills • Foreign language skills (English, French, any further language is an advantage) • Warmth & empathy • Independence & a high awareness of quality • Resilience & flexibility
