In our matrix organization, you work closely with various departments and international contacts and contribute to promoting HR topics in a pragmatic and effective way. To strengthen our HR team at the headquarters in Chur, we are looking for an initiative and sovereign personality who enjoys participating in both operational HR day-to-day business and actively supporting and developing employees and managers. YOUR TASKS Support and consulting for managers and employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle Sparring partner for managers on topics such as personnel development, recruitment, performance management, labor law and challenging personnel issues Independent handling of operational HR administration (approx. 50%): entries and exits, contract management, employment certificates, changes, accident and sickness reports as well as other administrative processes Maintenance and ensuring data quality in the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) Support and coordination of HR processes such as payroll preparation, annual processes and reporting Collaboration in a lived matrix organization with different internal stakeholder groups Active exchange with international colleagues within the group Participation in HR projects as well as active design and further development of processes and tools YOUR PROFILE Several years of professional experience in a versatile HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist Completed further training in the HR sector (e.g. HR specialist certificate) or an equivalent qualification You move safely between consulting, administration and operational implementation and know how to bring together different interests Experience in dynamic organizational forms, ideally in a matrix structure You have a clear opinion, question and are a sparring partner for managers At the same time, you are pragmatic, hands-on and naturally take care of things yourself in day-to-day business High quality standards, structured and reliable way of working Outstanding communication skills, also in an international environment High IT affinity and experience with SAP SuccessFactors are an advantage Stylistically correct German in word and writing, good English skills WE OFFER YOU A modern and versatile working environment with a strong team spirit.
