Your responsibility

• Processing inquiries regarding the online service platform via telephone, email and ticket system
• Narrowing down malfunctions, assigning concerns to the responsible office as well as opening, tracking and coordinating tickets with internal offices and external providers
• Maintenance and updating of the support documentation as well as evaluation of recurring concerns
• Participation in department projects, in particular in testing new functions and in the introduction of additional online services

Your background

• Completed training in the ICT sector (e.g., ICT-Fachfrau/ICT-Fachmann EFZ, Informatikerin/Informatiker EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in user support, confident handling of web applications and form-based online processes
• Analytical approach to troubleshooting as well as patience and enjoyment in explaining technical matters understandably
• Very good German skills; experience with ticket or form management systems and knowledge of public administration are an advantage

Landeskanzlei

The Landeskanzlei is one of the Special Authorities of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. It is the staff office of the Landrat and Regierungsrat and is led by the Landschreiberin. Together with its approximately 45 employees, it supports parliament, commissions and the government in their work, in particular in the organization as well as the preparation and follow-up of meetings. It plans and organizes the cantonal elections and votes and maintains the chronological and systematic collection of laws. In addition, it is responsible for the website and the online service portal of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.

Digitale Dienste

The Digitale Dienste department of the Landeskanzlei is looking for a service-oriented personality for the support of the online service platform of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. Through this portal, residents and companies process their administrative procedures digitally. As the first point of contact for users as well as for municipalities and cantonal specialist offices, you help to ensure that the digital services of the canton are reliably accessible.

We offer you a versatile task in a digital environment with a direct connection to the population. You will work in a small team, coordinate your working days together and participate in the further development of the digital services of the cantonal administration.
