Junior Business Developer

As a Junior Business Developer (100%) *your main task is to generate new B2B customers through outbound and inbound sales activities. Your target group: employers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein who are looking for an innovative catering or coffee solution for their employees.

Business Development Opportunities

• Identification of tender opportunities for office catering in your respective market
• Utilize personal network to tap into new business opportunities
• Use of cold calling and outbound techniques to increase demand for FELFEL services

Management of sales process

• Contacting interested parties for FELFEL services and managing the first point of contact for incoming leads
• Convert inbound to experience the FELFEL gastronomic experience through a tasting, either on-site at the customer or in the FELFEL offices
• Presentation of the FELFEL service through a practical gastronomic experience that reflects the service and value proposition

Negotiations & Closing

• Conducting contract negotiations that align customer interests with FELFEL's business goals
• Solution-oriented approach to partnerships

YOUR KPI’s

• Good conversion metrics for your pipelines
• Number of closed deals
• Contract closing volume
• Approx. 0-2 years of experience in sales management, ideally in a related industry
• Good understanding of the Swiss market (B2B & consumer behavior)
• Strong communication in German & English – French is a plus
• Persuasive and convincing in customer contact
• Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
• You recognize decision-makers immediately and know how to approach them correctly
• Detail-oriented and structured way of working, even with administrative tasks
• Food is your passion! You bring exciting food stories – and a desire for more
• A driver's license is required, as you will spend up to 50 % of your time on-site with the customer
