For a successful international company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a dedicated personality as HR Manager Switzerland. In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for HR management in Switzerland and lead a team. You will work closely with local management and international stakeholders and actively help shape the further development of processes, structures, and HR initiatives.

Job Description ##

• Holistic advice to managers and employees on all personnel-relevant topics
• Leadership, coaching, and further development of the HR team
• Ensuring efficient HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Responsibility for labor law topics as well as compliance with Swiss labor law
• Management of personnel administration, payroll interfaces, and HR systems
• Accompanying the entire recruiting process for retail and headquarters functions
• Support in compensation, benefits, and performance processes
• Analysis of relevant HR key figures as well as participation in HR and transformation projects
• Identification and implementation of process improvements for the further professionalization of the HR organization

The Successful Applicant ##

• Further education in the field of HR (HR Fachausweis, CAS, MAS, Personalleiter) or HR studies
• Several years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in developing teams
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Experience in a dynamic retail, fashion, or service-oriented environment is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills; Italian is a plus
• Pragmatic, hands-on mentality and high implementation strength
• Communicative, positive, and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
