In this exciting role, you are the point of contact for inpatient benefit cases and ensure that our clients receive competent, clear, and solution-oriented support, even in complex situations. You will work closely with healthcare providers, internal specialists, and our regional teams, thereby contributing significantly to a positive customer experience. Here is how you contribute to health ### • Professional and customer-oriented support for clients throughout the processing of their inpatient benefit files • Processing of inpatient cases from the guarantee of coverage to the benefit settlement • Coordination between clients, hospitals, and other healthcare providers • Processing and analysis of benefit claims, invoices, and guarantee requests, in compliance with legal requirements and internal directives • Management of cases involving non-contracted healthcare providers to ensure professional processing • Advising and supporting our regional teams on issues related to planned inpatient hospitalizations • Requests for evaluation from the Medical Advisor service within your scope of competence • Requesting risk examinations when elements suggest non-compliance with admission conditions • Identification of optimization potentials and active contribution by proposing solutions What distinguishes you from others ### • Commercial or medical training with an affinity for another field • Experience in the benefits area of a health insurer or hospital administration • Ability to communicate easily, interpersonal skills • Secure use of common MS Office applications • Great autonomy, keen sense of responsibility, and initiative • Excellent command of oral and written communication in French • Knowledge of German, English, or Italian is an advantage Your place of work ### Boulevard de Grancy 39, 1001 Lausanne or Hirschengraben 8, 3011 Bern
