Clerk (m/f/d) Sales Back Office Your contribution counts - this is what awaits you with us: Order management: You take responsibility for the entire order process and ensure that the ordered material arrives at the customer at the right time. Return processing: You ensure a transparent, smooth and timely processing of all return processes. Construction site analysis: You proactively identify construction site completions and prepare them in a structured manner. Problem solving: You clarify incomplete deliveries and find solutions that maximize our customer satisfaction. Customer communication: You answer customer queries regarding deliveries, returns, direct deliveries from the factory, invoicing, material requirements and stock availability. Order processing: You receive follow-up, small and additional orders and process them reliably. Complaint management: You accept complaints and process them in a solution-oriented manner with the goal of high customer satisfaction. Interface coordination: You forward technical and commercial questions to the technical office or sales.
