Producing nearly 1 000 meals per day, the kitchen operates according to structured processes, allowing for a combination of efficiency, culinary requirements and quality of life at work. As the true right hand of the Chef de cuisine, you participate in the organization and coordination of daily production. You supervise the different preparations, ensure compliance with technical sheets, specific dietary requirements and HACCP hygiene standards. You support the team on a daily basis, distribute tasks, ensure the monitoring of goods and actively contribute to the smooth running of the service.
