You are responsible for the financial management of the Business Unit «Branchenlösungen» with its subsidiaries in German- and West Switzerland, you shape the strategic financial planning and take over the reporting. You advise management on strategic and financial issues and create the basis for important entrepreneurial decisions. At the interface between finance and business, you analyze and evaluate strategic projects from a financial perspective, provide recommendations for action and accompany their implementation. You support liquidity management, contribute to financing security and ensure transparency regarding the financial development of the subsidiaries. You actively help shape financial management instruments and financial processes and contribute your experience in projects and working groups. This is what you bring with you. You bring experience in a consulting finance function (e.g., Finance Business Partner, auditing, financial consulting) and have a higher business administration degree. You quickly recognize complex financial contexts, think ahead and look for simple and pragmatic solutions. You are used to working in group as well as in SME structures and communicate in a target-group-oriented manner across all hierarchical levels. You are very familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ideally have sound experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems. You communicate very well orally and in writing in a first national language and have good oral knowledge of another national language. We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 130’100 to CHF 145’100 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills.
