Customer Advisor 80-100% (m/w/d)

Area of responsibility: • Processing of inquiries regarding the customer loyalty program as well as providing general information • Receiving and processing inquiries via the infoline, helpdesk and technical support • Ensuring professional telephone support via all communication channels • Recording and forwarding relevant information to the responsible departments • Receiving, processing and following up on complaints while adhering to service and quality standards Requirements: • Commercial profile, completed vocational training and at least 1 year of office experience after training • Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge • Good understanding of telecommunications • Good communication skills • Consulting affinity • Languages required: (verbal and written) Fluent Swiss German, ideally good French skills • Languages advantageous: German, English, Italian • Availability at 100% during the training period of 2 weeks. 4 days will take place at the Zürich site, expenses will be covered (train ticket & lunch). • The framework conditions for part-time employees (80-100% workload): 5 days a week, working days: Monday – Saturday
