Head of IT Service Management Between Real Estate, Hospitality and Mountain Railways – as the right hand of the CIO, you will help shape the IT operations and leadership culture of a unique alpine destination. Andermatt Swiss Alps AG plans, realizes and develops the year-round destination in the Andermatt Reuss part of the village. Since 2009, high-quality and exclusive apartment houses, hotels and residences have been created there. The group includes the renowned hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, the 18-hole Championship golf course as well as the award-winning concert hall. Together with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG, the corporate group shapes the tourist development of the Uri region and shapes it as a central employer. In the course of the further development of the IT organization, we are looking for a strong-willed and agile personality as Head of IT Service Management (80 – 100 %) In this newly created key role, you will take over the operational deputy role of the Group CIO and be responsible for IT Service Management with 8 employees, including in the specialist areas of IT Support, Application Support and Application Management. You ensure reliable IT operations for the companies of the group, actively further develop the ITSM landscape, establish efficient processes and standards and also actively participate in the operational day-to-day business yourself. In doing so, you act as the central contact person for internal stakeholders and coordinate external partners. We are addressing an experienced IT leadership personality with higher education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH) as well as several years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations in a comparable corporate structure. You possess sound ITIL knowledge, experience in provider and SLA management and have successfully further developed teams in complex operating environments. Personally, you convince through your hands-on mentality, decision-making strength as well as through the ability to promote people and drive changes. Language skills: Very good German and English skills.
