Supervisor Retail (w/m/d) Your tasks You assist our customers with the collection of new goods, the processing of returns is also part of your area of responsibility You are responsible for the recording of orders and the processing of customer orders You support the team in all arising tasks in the shop, such as refilling the warehouse shelves and processing the daily goods transfer As a team player, we expect you to actively support your employees at the front in everyday situations In the absence of direct supervisors, you are the daily person in charge of the branch and take on the necessary responsibility In escalation cases, you are the first point of contact for your employees and process demanding customer requests professionally and in a solution-oriented manner You are a flexible personality and do not shy away from providing valuable assistance to other departments (returns, parcel shipping) in exceptional cases Your skills You bring sound and broad product knowledge or a great affinity in the areas of IT and consumer electronics. Knowledge in the area of household appliances is an advantage A completed training in retail as well as in-depth experience in sales are required Flexibility characterizes you and you are prepared to take over holiday or sickness substitutions at short notice if necessary You convince through a courteous and professional manner with our customers and communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written.
