Efficient preparation and follow-up of all work processes to ensure seamless service. Coordination of reservations as well as continuous overview of guest movements and occupancy. Close collaboration with the entire team to create exceptional guest experiences. Requirements profile: • Several years of experience in the gastronomy industry, in-depth specialist knowledge and passion for cocktails, spirits and mixology • Excellent communication skills and service orientation • Sense of responsibility, team spirit, flexibility and resilience • An eye for details and a well-groomed appearance • Very good German and English language skills, additional language skills are an advantage • A solution-oriented way of thinking and a positive and team-oriented personality
