  • Contract: CDD (1 year) - full time (36 hours/week)

We are looking for a B2B Administrative Specialist to join the Partnerships team at lastminute.com, a dynamic global company of 1,200 people driving millions of holiday trips.

The Partnerships team manages a growing portfolio of B2B partners, and we need a person to become their administrative point of reference: someone who understands how our partnership business works, with its flows and specificities, and the ability to translate commercial and financial needs into functional requirements and use cases for the Tech teams. Good project management skills, including analysis of dependencies and coordination between processes, systems, and teams.

Positioned between the Partnerships and Administration & Finance teams, you will ensure that our partners' sales are correctly reconciled, invoiced, and covered, bringing the needs of the team and our partners to Finance, and the requirements of Finance to the team. If you are precise with numbers, curious to understand how a company works behind the scenes, and eager to improve working methods, keep reading!

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for the Partnerships team with the Administration team and the partners' administrative departments, for all administrative tasks, and the administrative reference for our partners.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to learn the business flows and specificities of each partner, and represent the needs of the team and partners to Finance.
  • Monthly verification, using Excel, of sales data communicated by partners against company system data, investigating and aligning any discrepancies.
  • Provide the Administration team, each month, with the data necessary for the issuance of accounting documents to the relevant partners, taking full end-to-end responsibility to ensure that all internal and partner administrative steps are completed and that the figures are correctly reconciled.
  • Create and manage purchase orders to cover the team's payable invoices.
  • Autonomously manage assigned tasks, from start to finish, respecting monthly deadlines.
  • Propose and implement improvements to current flows, also leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize activities.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
