Based in Opfikon, near Zurich, Implenia employs more than 8,000 people (FTE) throughout Europe and achieved a turnover of 3.5 billion Swiss francs in 2025.  For more information, visit implenia.com.  Missions ### • Ensure the monitoring, management and closure of warranty cases on completed projects. • Guarantee cost control, file traceability and clear visibility of open warranty cases • Represent Implenia to clients and partners for all matters related to warranties • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality through the analysis of recurring defects and feedback to the execution teams • Ensure the monitoring, analysis and processing of client defect notices via dedicated tools (e.g. Resolving, Conject, Olmero) • Establish response proposals to clients, coordinate actions with the relevant departments and ensure the formal clearance of defects • Establish and transmit defect notices to subcontractors, suppliers and agents, and organize the necessary interventions • Perform site inspections and participate, if necessary, in the acceptance of certain defect notices • Ensure the relationship with clients, partners and internal support functions for all matters related to warranties • Perform quality controls upstream, on ongoing or finalizing projects, in order to anticipate defects before delivery • Participate in handover meetings between the execution teams and the Warranties department, analyze transfer files and verify the completeness of documents • Identify recurring defects, analyze causes and transmit quality feedback to the execution teams in a logic of continuous improvement • Collaborate with the legal department for the monitoring of sensitive files and the management of associated correspondence • Ensure the monitoring of bank guarantees (clients, subcontractors and suppliers). • Update financial dashboards, contribute to delimitations and MIS in collaboration with the Warranties project manager • Ensure the organization, archiving and traceability of the Warranties department files, as well as the drafting of necessary minutes Your profile ### • Technical training in the field of building or civil engineering (CFC, ES or HES) • Proven experience in construction management, site monitoring or warranty management, ideally in a construction company • Good knowledge of construction techniques and acceptance and warranty processes • Excellent analytical and file structuring skills • Rigor, sense of organization and autonomy • Ease in client relations and ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy • Good written and oral communication skills • Ability to collaborate with various interlocutors (clients, subcontractors, legal, internal teams) • Mastery of standard IT tools and defect tracking platforms. • Very good level of French; English is an asset What we offer you: ### • A multicultural work environment with the possibility to contribute to shaping a viable future  • State-of-the-art technologies and a modern workplace within a sustainable company  • A company that encourages talent and the continuous training of its employees  • The security of a financially solid, widely diversified and strongly anchored group in Switzerland  • Flexible working models and modern work tools with the possibility of teleworking  • An interesting selection of benefits:  • 5 weeks of vacation and 9 compensated days per year  • An internal pension fund with a very good coverage rate and 3 contribution levels  • Numerous discounts from renowned suppliers of products and services  • Our team members share in video what makes their experience at Implenia unique: https://youtu.be/wtuhlIfjJq8  If you recognize yourself in this description and wish to join Implenia, we look forward to receiving your application.  At Implenia, we appreciate and live diversity.
