Are you interested in demanding legal issues and want to apply your specialist expertise in a versatile and exciting environment? With us, you will take on a responsible activity at the interface between attorney supervision, attorney examination, and the general secretariat.

To complement our small team, we are looking for, as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, a Clerk of the Court Attorney Supervision Authority and Attorney Examination Commission, who contributes to high-quality task fulfillment with legal expertise, initiative, and organizational skill and competently supports the various bodies.

Your tasks

• In a small team, you will manage the legal secretariat of the Attorney Supervision Authority and independently process its proceedings regarding procedural, factual, and legal questions.
• You will draft decisions, motions, and orders for the Attorney Supervision Authority and the Attorney Examination Commission.
• You will support the Attorney Supervision Authority as well as the Attorney Examination Commission with legal and administrative tasks, particularly with minute-taking, correspondence, and organizational issues.
• You will accompany and support the implementation of the attorney examinations.
• If required, you will take on selected tasks of the general secretariat and business on behalf of the management or the general secretary. Additionally, you will participate in projects of the general secretariat, the Attorney Supervision Authority, and the Attorney Examination Commission.

Your profile

• You have a completed university degree in law (MLaw or equivalent) and ideally an attorney patent.
• Preferably, you already bring initial professional experience in a legal environment.
• Your strengths lie in a structured and analytical approach as well as in your careful way of working.
• The interesting and varied work requires the ability for precise legal work and linguistic fluency in the drafting and editing of judgments. You are also willing to familiarize yourself with previously unknown issues and legal areas.
• You work independently, organize your tasks efficiently, and maintain an overview even under a high workload.
• You formulate with stylistic confidence in German and also have sound knowledge of the French language.
• You are interested in the digitalization of justice and participate with enthusiasm in corresponding projects.
