We have an exciting position for you at our client in Basel: HR Generalist (m/f/d) Your tasks Responsibility for the holistic support of the Employee Lifecycle – from entry to exit – as well as ensuring professional HR support in all phases. Support of recruitment processes in close cooperation with the HR Business Partner and the managers. Planning, organization and coordination of a structured onboarding and offboarding process. Preparation of employment contracts, employment references and other personnel-relevant documents. Ensuring compliance with labor law provisions, regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Processing and coordination of topics in the area of social insurance, withholding tax, work permits and the support of international employees. Contact person for employees regarding administrative and personnel-related questions. Participation in projects in the areas of Talent Development, Learning & Development as well as other HR initiatives. Further development of corporate health management as well as participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of employee surveys. Analysis, optimization and further development of HR processes, guidelines and standards. Support with HR reporting, audits and compliance-relevant issues. Responsibility for the maintenance of master personnel data and the ensuring of complete and high-quality personnel documentation. Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner Operations, the HR Assistant as well as internal and external contact persons. Your profile Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR specialist (HR-Fachfrau or HR-Fachmann) with a federal diploma. Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a dynamic and international corporate environment. Sound knowledge of labor law and social insurance. Experience in dealing with withholding tax, work permits and international employees. Professional appearance as well as a strong service and solution orientation. Independent, structured and responsible way of working. High reliability, discretion and integrity. Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with Abacus HR is an advantage. Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
