Hochschule Luzern – Rektorat and Hochschuldienste supports the six departments of Technik & Architektur, Wirtschaft, Informatik, Soziale Arbeit, Design Film Kunst and Musik in university operations with its departments and organizes and works in a multifaceted way. To strengthen our IT Service Desk team, we are looking for you from 1. October 2026 or by agreement as ICT Service Desk Mitarbeiter/in 80 - 100% Your tasks You are the first point of contact for our internal and external customers in first-level support. You efficiently resolve Service Desk requests and coordinate complex support cases with the responsible specialist departments. You ensure a smooth Service Desk operation as well as compliance with our service levels. You develop pragmatic workarounds and accompany hardware repairs with our partners. You create and maintain knowledge documentation and contribute to the continuous optimization of our service quality. You process customer feedback and complaints professionally and in a solution-oriented manner. Your profile You have completed vocational training as an ICT specialist EFZ, computer scientist EFZ or equivalent training. You have several years of professional experience in IT service & support and in-depth knowledge of current operating systems and support tools (e.g. ticket systems). You possess current know-how in the areas of IT service management, IT infrastructure and IT security. You are a friendly, communicative and resilient personality with a pronounced service and customer orientation and master technical challenges independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
