Job Description

• Management, motivation and training of the service team as well as personnel service planning and hour control in close cooperation with the restaurant management.
• Active participation in daily business, professional advice to guests at the highest level and monitoring of the reservation system.
• Ensuring a smooth service process as well as co-responsibility for the compliance and promotion of quality standards.
• Independent planning, organization and successful implementation of banquets and events.

Desired Profile

• Completed training in the hotel/gastronomy industry, preferably with a degree from a hotel management school
• Professional experience in a similar position in high-end gastronomy
• Excellent German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Communicative leader and team player
• Charismatic host who feels comfortable dealing with demanding guests
• Decisive, independent and organized
• Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience
