Behind Fontisana is Romuald Schaniel, TEN naturopath with over 35 years of practical experience.

Employee Administration and Customer Support (80–100%).

Do you enjoy personal customer contact, like to work independently, and maintain an overview even with diverse tasks? Then you are right with us.

Your tasks

• Professional support and advice for our customers by telephone and in writing
• Processing of customer inquiries and orders
• Administrative support of the team in various areas
• Maintenance and administration of customer data
• Coordination and organization of internal processes
• Support in the planning and implementation of projects

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in customer support and administration is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
• Organizational skills, reliability, and an independent way of working
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Ideally knowledge in the field of dietary supplements and micronutrients
