Following the departure of the current position holder and the evolution of the Nursing Management organization, driven by the arrival of a new Director of Nursing, we are looking for a Head Nurse Coordinator of Care Units to support this new dynamic. What will you be expected to do? Lead and optimize the organization of care activities in collaboration with managers, in order to guarantee efficient, safe, and high-quality care for our patient·s Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing on the strategic development of the department, as well as on the promotion and deployment of care activities in compliance with institutional policy, and provide cover in case of absence Promote a managerial culture based on trust, participation, and respect, by fostering autonomy and responsibility among managers and care teams (149 FTE) Support the development of professional skills of employees and managers, by defining the axes and training plans necessary to achieve objectives Contribute to the budgetary management of the department (FTE, medical material, equipment) and to the steering of risks and quality through institutional dashboards Carry and implement projects that will meet today's and tomorrow's challenges, as a true driver of continuous improvement in care Who will you be working with? What do we expect from you? Essentials: HES Nurse diploma or a title deemed equivalent, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and higher education in management Having several years of professional and hospital practice Confirmed experience in the management of care teams and the supervision of managers Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its challenges Management, organization, and planning capacity and skills to lead projects Ability to unify multidisciplinary teams by fostering trust, responsibility, and collaboration Excellent communication skills Strategic vision combined with strong proximity to field realities Ability to develop skills, support managers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement Your assets: Experience in a coordination or nursing management function Having a higher education degree such as a Master's in nursing management Sense of innovation and ability to evolve practices based on the needs of teams and patient·s.
