On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Business Partner 80-100% (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will accompany managers in the steering and development of their teams by supporting them in performance evaluation, talent identification and the implementation of adapted development plans. You will advise line managers on human resources issues and provide them with pragmatic recommendations, in compliance with the legal framework and internal policies. You will ensure the follow-up of the employees' journey throughout their life cycle, from their integration to their departure, including internal mobility, professional development and the management of individual situations. You will take charge of complex or sensitive HR situations and contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful and conducive to collaboration work climate. You will ensure the uniform application of HR policies, procedures and practices in order to guarantee their consistency within the organization. You will participate in compensation processes, salary reviews, job evaluation, market analysis as well as workforce planning exercises. You will collaborate closely with the various stakeholders in order to ensure effective management of HR issues and to provide close support to the teams. You will contribute to the development, deployment and continuous improvement of HR projects, tools and processes. You will implement actions promoting skill development, employee engagement and talent retention. You will ensure monitoring of legal developments and HR best practices in order to propose solutions adapted to the needs of the organization and to accompany its evolution. Your profile: You hold a higher education qualification, completed by a Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or a title deemed equivalent. You benefit from 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner function or in a position offering comparable responsibilities. You use MS Office tools routinely and master ERP systems as well as human resources management software. You demonstrate an excellent analytical spirit, a strong sense of responsibility and a real capacity to manage complex situations with discernment. You are recognized for your confidence, your ability to take initiative, to advise managers and to work independently. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and naturally adapt your communication to various interlocutors. You perfectly master French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German represents an advantage.
