The [Asylsozialdienst](< >) fulfills tasks in the asylum and refugee sector and is responsible for strategic and operative tasks regarding the topic of asylum. The Asylsozialdienst is responsible for promoting linguistic, professional, and social integration and the provision of social assistance to recognized refugees, provisionally admitted persons, and asylum seekers. Since [missing date/Seit] the Asylsozialdienst has been a regional partner of the Canton of Bern and is responsible for the care of persons from the asylum sector in Bern, Köniz, Muri, Ostermundigen, Bremgarten, and Zollikofen.
