Welcome guests at the highest level and ensure the best guest experience
Leading a team of Commis de Rang and service staff
Ensuring a smooth service flow
Advising guests on the selection of food and beverages according to their preferences and restrictions
Ensuring compliance with service standards and guidelines of the hotel group
Responsible for the proper setting and decoration of tables
Active involvement in the development of new menus and food cards
This is you
Completed education in the gastronomy sector or equivalent professional experience
Several years of experience in the service sector, preferably in upscale gastronomy
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to motivate and guide a team
Good knowledge of wine and beverages is advantageous
High resilience and the ability to ensure excellent service even under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in German or English
Start: immediately or by agreement
