Your profile Holder of a federal diploma of HR specialist, a university degree, or training deemed equivalent, you have at least five years of experience in an HR manager function within an organization of comparable size. Experience in the public or parapublic sector is particularly appreciated. Additional training in social insurance is an asset. Equipped with solid expertise in human resources, you combine strategic vision and analytical capacity in order to anticipate challenges and support the evolutions of the institution.
