You turn attention, contacts, and market potential into real sales opportunities. In the Swiss SME market, you open the right doors, recognize potentials, and specifically initiate conversations regarding our HR-for-SMEs initiative. In doing so, you do not think in individual products, but in the challenges of our customers - and lay the foundation for sustainable relationships.

What you move ##

• Together with Marketing and Sales, you identify attractive target companies, market segments, as well as relevant contact persons and buying centers.
• You specifically take up and further develop leads and signals from campaigns, events, webinars, downloads, website inquiries, LinkedIn, recommendations, and our network.
• You approach potential customers personally and well-prepared via LinkedIn, email, and telephone, whereby relevance and quality are more important than pure activity numbers.
• In initial conversations, you find out where the customer stands: problem, need, company size, existing systems, potential, timing, and decision-making processes.
• You arrange qualified appointments bindingly and hand over opportunities in a structured manner to the appropriate Solutions Expert.
• You document contacts, insights, and next steps traceably in the CRM, so that valuable signals do not lie idle.
• Together with Marketing and Sales, you evaluate which target groups, messages, and channels are effective, and continuously develop our approach.

• With our HR software portfolio around Personio, SwissSalary, Arbeitszeugnis swiss+ and Edi, you approach customers in a solution-oriented rather than product-driven manner.
• You work closely with Marketing, Solution Experts, consultants, and partners and bring market feedback directly into our further development.
• You can actively help shape channels, messages, and processes and thus help determine how we are perceived in the market.
• Instead of pure KPI pressure, quality, impact, and sustainable customer relationships count with us.
• The role offers you space to grow professionally, take on responsibility, and actively help shape the HR future in Switzerland.

• You bring experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Manager, or in a comparable role and know the SDR craft.

• You communicate confidently via telephone, email, and LinkedIn and explain complex topics simply.
• Swiss German is part of your everyday life; additionally, you bring very good written German skills.
