Application Manager (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an Application Manager (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the operational management and evolution of web applications in connection with the Chancery and the secretariat of the Grand Council, in a high-visibility context. Your mission Ensure the operational management of complex applications in production, guaranteeing their availability, performance, and quality of service. Analyze, process, and coordinate the resolution of incidents and problems (Jira), including 3rd level support. Plan, coordinate, and monitor updates and maintenance (corrective, adaptive, evolutionary) with technical teams and business stakeholders, including in the form of a simple project (HERMES methodology). Write, maintain, and evolve operational documentation and associated procedures (Confluence). Manage suppliers (contract monitoring, invoicing, services) and ensure a role as a coordination point between technical and business sides, solution-oriented. Your profile Proven experience in the operational management of web/CMS applications in production, ideally in a sensitive or high-exposure environment (seniority expected). Very good skills in incident management and N3 support, with practice of ticketing tools such as Jira. Knowledge of Drupal CMS and web technical bases (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or equivalent experience in CMS application management. ITIL training appreciated, sense of service, documentary rigor; occasional availability in the evening or on weekends may be possible depending on maintenance needs. Fluent French is indispensable; good understanding of German (oral and written) is desired.
