For the Tertianum home in the Zürich region, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Cook EFZ - 60% Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of meals according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, finishing, and portioning of the food • Co-responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management • Co-supervisory responsibility for trainees •   Your profile • Training as a Cook EFZ with professional experience • Experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen, finishing/regeneration and portioning of food • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Knowledge of system gastronomy as well as à la carte cuisine • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
