Team Leader Telemarketing Outbound 80 - 100% DE (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of outbound telemarketing agents
• Ensuring daily team goals as well as monitoring quotas, quality and performance
• Planning and coordination of agent assignments as well as monitoring project allocations
• Active support and motivation of employees in daily business
• Conducting coachings, call analyses and internal training
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, call scripts and campaign specifications
• Processing operational customer concerns and complaints
• Regular exchange with steering, quality management and the telemarketing management
• Support and deputy for the telemarketing steering during absences

Our expectations:

• Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in outbound telemarketing, mandatory with initial leadership experience
• Strong sales and service understanding
• Experience in the leadership, motivation and development of employees
• Good knowledge of outbound KPIs, campaign steering and quality management
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally experience with dialer and dialogmaster systems
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High resilience, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
