Job Description ##
Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity firm, seeks a commercially driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead their go-to-market function.
Reporting into the executive leadership team, the Head of Sales & Marketing will take full ownership of revenue generation and market positioning.
You will be instrumental in shaping how the business is perceived, how it reaches new clients, and how it converts pipeline into long-term partnerships.
This is a builder's role for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants to leave a real mark on a business with serious growth ambitions.
Your duties as the Head of Sales & Marketing:
• Developing and executing the commercial strategy across both Sales & Marketing
• Building and leading a high-performing sales function, from pipeline generation through to close
• Positioning complex cybersecurity and risk management solutions to C-suite and board-level audiences
• Defining and tracking KPIs across revenue, pipeline health, and marketing performance
• Contributing to broader business strategy as a member of the senior leadership team
The ideal candidate:
• A proven track record in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally within cybersecurity, technology, or professional services
• Experience selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients
• Strong gravitas and communication skills, you can engage credibly at the C-suite level
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to build process and structure around it
• Experience in a scale-up or growth-stage environment is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
