• 03 July 2026 • 55 - 60% • Permanent position • Fribourg Open positions - Job offers at the University of Fribourg • HR Assistant 55 - 60% with the Personnel Service Field of activity • Declaration and recording of absences due to illness and accident • Contact with employees on sick leave or victims of an accident (e.g. monitoring convalescence, planning return to work) • Collaboration with insurance companies (e.g. loss of earnings insurance for illness, accident insurance) • Coordination of medical certificates and deadlines • Coordination of salary continuation in case of illness or accident • Support for return to work (gradual return, part-time solutions, etc.) • Documentation and management of files in the human resources management system • Occasional collaboration with case management or internal managers Requirements • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training • Experience in the field of human resources • Further training as an HR assistant is an advantage • Basic understanding of social insurance and labour law (LAA, IJM, etc.) or additional training desired • Independent working method and high sense of quality, good organisation • Discretion (very sensitive HR data) • Ease in communication with employees and insurance companies • Motivated, dynamic, proactive and responsible personality, open to new things • Fluency in German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language, English is an advantage Language requirements French and/or German with very good knowledge of the other language Starting date: • 01.11.2026 Information: Sibylle Dillon sibylle.dillon@unifr.ch Application deadline: 15.07.2026 Submission address: Via this link.
