Sales Manager, New Units Sales
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development, offering and negotiation for power plant projects on global basis.
Your tasks
From pre\-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution you will lead sales projects on an international basis
Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization for large scale GT\-based power projects
Represent Ansaldo Energia and drive the sales projects with our customers, through internal processes.
Your profile
Master’s degree in engineering, or business administration along with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions
Profound experience in commercial and technical negotiations for large scale projects
Knowledge of power plants technology, the main products such as gas turbines and steam turbines as well as cost parameters for power projects
Knowledge of drivers in today’s power industry and projects
Reliable, creative, flexible and enthusiastic team player
Ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
Willingness to travel
Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian and other languages would be an asset
