Change manager / Strategic plan and transformation management / at 100% / in 12-month CDM

In a context of societal, political, structural, and technological evolutions, IMAD deploys its activities in order to always better respond to the evolving needs of the population and to propose adapted solutions. Thus, IMAD has developed a strategic plan, named Cap 2030+, structured around three priority axes and four transversal transformation levers. In this framework, the strategic plan and transformation management (DPST), attached to the strategic projects management, has the mission to coordinate the implementation of IMAD's strategy, steer institutional projects, as well as project portfolios allowing the achievement of strategic objectives. Reporting to the director of the DPST, the change manager's main mission will be to provide their expertise in change management within IMAD for strategic projects, departmental projects and more generally for any context of evolution and/or transformation within the institution. Your missions and responsibilities Provide expertise in change support for the departments and executives of IMAD; Provide expertise to support project managers in the change support of the projects for which they are responsible; Propose innovative and adapted support tools and implement change support actions according to the predetermined level of support, in close collaboration with the professionals of the business resource departments and the partner functions (communication and Campus); Provide expertise in supporting business departments and support in their transformation actions; Be a source of proposals, assist and advise project managers, departments, and authorities in their decisions related to projects, evolutions, and transformations regarding change support; Identify innovative tools and methods through monitoring (research, articles, publications, etc.); May be called upon to contribute to the evolution of change management training content or to provide some of these trainings. University education or other training deemed equivalent Prosci change management certification or equivalent method (indispensable) Certification in Hermès project methodology or methodology deemed equivalent (an asset) Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or support and in the field of project management Capacity for analysis and synthesis Sense of organization and coordination Solution-oriented mindset and listening skills Writing skills and facilitation / workshop animation qualities Knowledge of the public or para-public sector and ideally the professions of home care or health Knowledge of office tools and specific tools for change support and project management Excellent command of the French language, spoken and written Knowledge of spoken and read English is an asset.
