Our activity is located at the intersection of automotive, engineering, new powertrains, and digital technologies. We work daily with our partners in Switzerland as well as with our manufacturers and technical teams in China.

As part of the reinforcement of our technical & aftersales department, we are looking for a:

Aftersales Engineer – 80–100 %

You will hold a versatile technical position and will benefit from real autonomy. You will notably be one of the technical interlocutors between our manufacturers, our garage network, and our various partners in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities
Aftersales & technical support:

• Management and follow-up of warranty files in collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers, and partner garages in Switzerland;
• Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex technical problems, in direct coordination with the technical teams of the manufacturers;
• Technical support for our network of dealers and workshops;
• Documentation and follow-up of after-sales cases: diagnostics, repairs, warranties, and technical solutions;
• Coordination of cases requiring special analyses or interventions.

Spare parts & operations:

• Follow-up and management of spare parts: stocks, orders, supply, and logistics;
• Coordination with our suppliers, logistics partners, and garages;
• Contribution to the optimization of parts availability and aftersales processes;
• Continuous update and improvement of our database and our internal tools, notably AlMoCa.

Homologation & engineering:

• Participation in various vehicle homologation projects for the Swiss and European markets;
• Coordination of tests with laboratories, technical bodies, and external partners;
• Analysis and preparation of technical documentation;
• Follow-up of tests, results, and homologation reports;
• Above all, we are looking for a person who is curious, autonomous, and capable of finding solutions in an environment where technical issues can be very varied.

Education and experience:

• Engineering degree in automotive technology, automotive engineering, or equivalent higher education;
• Ideally complemented by a CFC in automotive mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or equivalent practical training;
• Experience in aftersales, automotive diagnostics, homologation, or with a manufacturer/importer constitutes an advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written, indispensable for daily exchanges with our international manufacturers;
• German is naturally an important asset for exchanges with our network;
• Very good command of IT tools and a strong affinity for new technologies;
• Easy use of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and interest in their integration into work processes;
• Ability to understand, analyze, and document complex technical issues.
