Tasks

You process support inquiries efficiently and document them professionally, always aimed at increasing customer satisfaction. Your fast and solution-oriented approach is convincing when resolving service problems. Furthermore, you identify and realize sales opportunities, such as through up-selling and cross-selling, to increase both customer benefit and business success. Through your active cooperation in the team, you contribute to the achievement of project goals and support the maintenance of high service standards.

Requirements

This position requires a strong ability to motivate and a pronounced customer-oriented mindset. You should enjoy interacting with customers and promoting products as well as services. Excellent German skills in spoken and written form are essential, whereby additional knowledge of other national languages would be an advantage. Handling technical systems and sound computer knowledge are equally required. Ideally, you have experience in technical customer support and work independently as well as detail-oriented. Additionally, a certain flexibility for shift work is necessary, including early and late shifts as well as weekend work (Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 24:00).
