Wangen an der Aare \| 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Bear the overall responsibility for the army kitchen and ensure year-round operations • Be responsible for the troop catering of up to 3000 members of the armed forces (AdA) and, together with the team, be able to pre-produce meals and dishes for special dietary requirements, which are then completed in troop and/or satellite kitchens • Be responsible for the implementation of legal requirements and technical regulations • Coordinate the training of all employees of the army kitchen • As a vocational trainer, be responsible for the training of apprentice cooks • Ensure the deputy role for the Head of Production (Purchasing and Finance area) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Federal diploma in culinary arts, or similar higher qualification with function-relevant experience (Chef or Operations Manager) • Several years of professional experience (predominantly in collective catering) • Experience in apprentice and adult education • Military training desired (officers) • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language • Driver's license category B <br /> In a nutshell Are you ready for the next challenge in a new and state-of-the-art gastronomy kitchen and predominantly regular working hours?
