Clerk - Commercial Secretariat 100% (m/f/d)

For our office, we are looking for commercial reinforcement who competently holds everyday operations together in the background – friendly in contact, structured in the office, and resilient when things get busy.

Your main tasks
Telephone service and professional initial reception of inquiries
Triage, forward, and process email traffic
Create offers and order confirmations
Fill out tenders / estimates (incl. submissions) and write construction tenders
Project administration: open/close project files, maintain project lists, update internal documents & telephone lists
Write delivery notes, hourly control of weekly reports, post-calculation (transferring hours to projects)
Coordinate service reports / damage reports to suppliers and partners
Keep maintenance contracts up to date and write invoices
Office organization: order office supplies/consumables, coordinate office equipment maintenance
Optional depending on experience: Human Resources (changes)
What you should bring

Commercial training (EFZ or equivalent)
Very good organizational and prioritization skills (you maintain an overview even with parallel tasks)
Empathic on the phone, but also assertive when clear statements are needed
Resilient, stress-resistant, independent, reliable, and responsible
Professional appearance and clean communication, both written and oral
Industry experience or points of contact with building technology/construction industry are an advantage (but not mandatory)
Flawless Swiss German
