About the role

As a Digital Archiving Officer, you give a second life to the visual content of the public entity! Your mission? To classify, structure, and make all photos and videos of events accessible to all departments of the organization.

Your environment: You will join a human-sized, benevolent, and ultra-available team, at the heart of a dynamic public structure.

Tasks
-------

This role consists of sorting, indexing, and archiving digital sources of public events in order to centralize them.

• Import and classify photographs and videos in the Photoware software
• Verify and complete the metadata associated with the images (dates, locations, events)
• Implement keywords and labels to optimize internal search (type "hashtags")
• Apply the sorting and ordering rules defined by the department
• Identify and correct inconsistencies or missing information
• Inform the various departments of the availability of newly imported content

We are looking for

• Student currently in training (in Communication, Marketing, Mediamatics, Management or any other field - all university/HES profiles are welcome)
• Immediate availability at a level of 40%, ideally distributed over full days or afternoons (from Monday to Thursday).
• Experience or interest in photo management/DAM software (Photoware or similar)
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
• Perfect mastery of French
