Support Specialist Become part of our team in Luzern We take over IT for SMEs in German-speaking Switzerland – from the initial consultation to stable operation. With our own datacenters in Luzern and as an Internet Service Provider, we guarantee continuous support from a single source. To strengthen our Service Desk, we are looking for an experienced and reliable personality as a Support Specialist who wants to develop professionally and personally. These are your tasks: You support our customers as the first point of contact for technical concerns via telephone and ticketing. In shift operation, you ensure availability from 07.00 to 18.00. You record and process inquiries and malfunctions, recognize customer needs, and develop suitable solutions. In case of inquiries or malfunctions, you inform our customers continuously. You coordinate ticket handover in the 1st Level as well as to the 2nd Level. You maintain and update our Knowledge Base. What you bring with you: Completed apprenticeship as an Informatiker/in with specialization in Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung or ICT-Fachperson Experience in 1st and possibly 2nd Level Support Confident handling of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Standard Office Apps) Experience in handling Microsoft 365 Admin Console (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD) Basic understanding of Windows Server (incl.
