Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Hospitality Coordinator Manager, you are responsible for the design of the planning, coordination, and final quality of the customer experiences offered as part of the Le Brassus Experience. You manage the visits from end to end and act as the single point of contact for internal teams, partners, and markets.

You guarantee a seamless and irreproachable experience, make the necessary decisions in real time, arbitrate market requests, and intervene directly to correct or adjust when necessary.
